Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of your clients' mood disorder symptoms, developing a clear understanding of their unique needs.

• Collaboratively create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address diverse mental health conditions.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on documented outcomes and feedback.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to enhance comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to refine treatment methodologies and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required to practice in Washington.
