In this fully remote, full-time position, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing vital mental health services to a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and formulating individualized treatment plans based on the latest DSM guidelines.

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, and facilitating group therapy sessions.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities to implement effective treatment strategies for various mental health issues, including crisis intervention and stress management.

• Consulting and collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team—including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners—to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation and treatment records while adhering to organizational standards and regulatory compliance.

• Managing client relationships with compassion, ensuring that you provide necessary resources and support for individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT at Holistic Mind Wellness Center will primarily involve working with a varied client population facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, employing culturally sensitive methods to address their unique needs and promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services to clients.
\n
• Proficiency in the utilization of telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in or familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, will find their skills highly beneficial. Previous work in integrated healthcare settings is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
