Your role will be primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to provide quality care from a comfortable environment. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Tacoma, WA, facilitating in-person meetings when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver group and individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Create detailed documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and aftercare plans that adhere to company policies and state regulations.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, focused on promoting lasting change and successful transitions post-therapy.

• Communicate regularly with clients’ families, external clinicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless continuity of care, facilitating a supportive environment for clients.

You will be working with a diverse client population encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Possession of an active and valid LMFT license in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
