This role is primarily remote, with the flexibility of practicing from the comfort of your chosen space while connecting with clients through teletherapy platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, therapy options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and assessments, adapting treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated treatment strategies for clients.

• Stay current with research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches and outcomes.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active Washington State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
