Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vital Serenity Counseling, your role will encompass a range of vital responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a personal approach that caters to the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' mental and emotional health through comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to address various presenting issues.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals within the virtual clinic to ensure holistic, team-based care for clients.

• Maintain precise and organized documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes to meet compliance requirements and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population comprising individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique life challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
