Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Vital Serenity Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to client needs.

• Assessing each client's unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans that outline therapy goals and interventions.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring technological competency to provide seamless services.
\n
• Collaborating with fellow therapists and team members to ensure a holistic approach to care, including participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system, compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include diverse individuals and families dealing with a range of issues, from relational conflicts and communication barriers to mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Vital Serenity Counseling offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
