Work Environment\n

This position will be performed in a remote setting within our outpatient office framework, enabling flexibility while maintaining collaborative clinical practices with our multidisciplinary team. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments for patients, evaluating their individual trauma histories and formulating evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and TF-CBT.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their trauma while developing coping strategies to enhance emotional wellbeing.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and other health professionals, ensuring comprehensive support for patient recovery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to assist individuals during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, adaptive coping mechanisms, and the resources available within our organization and the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is essential.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders, treatment modalities, and resilience-building techniques is necessary.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is required, ensuring efficient patient documentation and communication.
