Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals. Utilize diagnostic tools and natured behavior observation to gauge mental health status effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by integrating evidence-based practices tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, life transitions, and relationship dynamics.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to cultivate an integrated approach to care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality and provide a clear account of treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working in mental health or behavioral health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inspiration Point Counseling Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
