Work Environment\n

This role primarily offers a remote work setting with the expectation of occasional visits to our outpatient office as necessary. While you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, our outpatient office will serve as your collaboration hub, where you can engage with colleagues in a comfortable and supportive environment. We maintain regular business hours, with the potential for evening shifts to ensure comprehensive client coverage throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate routinely with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to coordinate client care and achieve integrated patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress, employing de-escalation strategies and clinical judgment to ensure safety and support.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives designed to increase mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and facilitate access to services for underserved populations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, is required.

• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with a proven history of establishing rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and an understanding of the unique needs of individuals from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills, adeptness with time management, and proficiency in maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
