Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for adults, focusing on developing coping mechanisms, social skills, and addressing behavioral challenges.

• Conduct group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and collective healing.
\n
• Perform comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and goal setting.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to achieve positive patient outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external professionals to create a holistic support system for clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including intake notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, including Crisis Intervention Training, to enhance clinical skills and competencies.

• Engage with clients in a meaningful way, fostering trust and resilience during therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
