This position is fully remote and operates within an outpatient office framework. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role requires a client-centered approach, ensuring you are able to form meaningful relationships that foster trust and encourage clients to openly engage in their treatment plans. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and understanding their unique experiences and perspectives is essential in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active clinical license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or hold a relevant Doctoral degree (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a similar mental health counseling role is required, candidates with experience working in virtual environments or those familiar with group therapy facilitation will be highly regarded. Proficiency in using teletherapy software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
