Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns and collaborate with patients to create tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services to assist patients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

• Facilitate and lead therapy groups focusing on topics such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and personal development skills that empower patients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the community health clinic, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care and effectively addressing complications that may arise in treatment.

• Participate in outreach activities and community mental health awareness campaigns, providing resourceful information and connecting individuals to vital support services.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 - 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
