Work Environment\n

This role operates within a supportive and collaborative outpatient office environment, designed to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes. Our remote work structure allows therapists to maintain flexibility while engaging closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of adjusted scheduling based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's individual needs, combining clinical expertise with empathetic listening.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster a sense of community and provide vital resources for individuals facing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, sharing insights and strategies for ongoing support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to promote empowerment and self-advocacy.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, tackle challenges, and enhance professional skills through ongoing education and feedback.

• Stay updated with the latest research and methodological advancements in mental health practices to provide the highest standard of care to our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, including familiarity with therapeutic approaches tailored to diverse populations.
