Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Integro Wellness & Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share personal experiences and foster mutual support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, empathic individual therapy sessions to help clients explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans responsive to their specific needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Collaboration: Regularly communicate and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes and tackle complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. You will be crucial in providing evidence-based and holistic treatment options in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offering support at a pivotal time in their lives. Many of our clients are seeking recovery, growth, and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Active and valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly with young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
