Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, including discussions on stability, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge mental health needs, utilizing structured methodologies to formulate initial care strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting techniques to diverse personalities and challenges.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include a rich tapestry of individuals from various cultural backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients from different age groups, such as children struggling with anxiety, adults dealing with depression, and families navigating complex dynamics. Our approach centers on understanding the individual and creating supportive relationships, allowing for impactful and lasting therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of clinical outpatient experience post-graduation is mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in using Excel spreadsheets, electronic health records, and relevant software systems (such as RMS, Outlook, and Pimsy).

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, emphasizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Comfortable completing detailed intake assessments and developing clear care plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications, within a fee-for-service compensation model. Our clinicians benefit from guaranteed rates, ensuring they are compensated ahead of collections and do not face delays in reimbursement.
