Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, establish rapport, and outline personalized treatment objectives.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress management strategies.

• Engage in couples and family therapy, creating a safe and open space for exploring relationship dynamics, improving communication strategies, and resolving familial conflicts.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and appropriate interventions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support, ensuring immediate assistance for clients facing urgent mental health distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and relevant community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Employees participating in this role at Gateway Psychotherapy Center can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. In addition to a Fee-for-Service compensation model, we offer guaranteed payment rates ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability for our therapists.
