Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling, you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients aged 18 to 30, providing a supportive atmosphere for sharing and learning.

• Conduct individual therapy where you will assess clients’ needs, explore their emotions, and develop customized coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that set clear goals and objectives for their progress.
\n
• Monitor client progress using evidence-based assessment tools and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and consulting on complex cases to ensure comprehensive client care.

Your primary focus will be on young adults, particularly those in transitional life stages who are seeking support for mental health challenges. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility that prioritizes holistic treatment and evidence-based methodologies, providing young adults the tools and support they need to foster change and recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working specifically with young adult populations, as well as familiarity with outpatient treatment environments and evidence-based practices, is highly desirable. Previous experience in group facilitation and individual counseling will certainly enhance your contribution to our team.
