Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and mental health challenges, establishing collaborative therapeutic relationships.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, using tools and methodologies recognized in the mental health field.

• Perform regular individual and group therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms, providing support and guidance to clients on their mental health journey.

• Document progress notes and maintain accurate client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with pre-screened, low-acuity clients who seek mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. By focusing on this population, you will help empower individuals and families to improve their mental health and achieve their personal goals within an outpatient setting.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is essential.

• Proficiency in using Google Suite and other electronic health record systems for documentation and communication.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for effective client interaction and documentation.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy, ideally in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive annual salary range of $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
