Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and progress.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Short Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that support clients’ therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that each client’s information is securely documented and accessible as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a wide range of individuals and families, often facing barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. As an LPC, you will provide support to those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse, among other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology to manage patient information effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly valued.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, adapting to digital platforms and managing remote client engagement effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
\n
