Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans that align with each person's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services across various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to client care, which may involve liaising with case managers, medical professionals, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality assurance protocols.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest mental health research and practices, enhancing your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client base includes individuals and families who face barriers to accessing mental health care, such as socioeconomic challenges or lack of resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, providing the foundational knowledge required for effective counseling.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is required to provide therapeutic services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, with a preference for experience in clinical settings, ensuring familiarity with therapeutic practices and client care.

• The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, contingent upon experience, with a caseload adjusted accordingly.
