Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the psychological needs of clients, utilizing therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on navigating electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Suite is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
