Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify mental health concerns and treatment needs.

• Provide a range of counseling services, including individual sessions, couple’s therapy, and family counseling, utilizing virtual platforms to engage clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds and demographic groups. The ideal counselor will be comfortable working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other common mental health concerns. Your role will involve fostering a safe and empathetic environment for clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing within the state of Tennessee, with no disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated experience working in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in a remote capacity, and familiarity with telehealth best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
