Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic client care and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical records that comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards for mental health practice.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Balanced Well Being LLC, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. Your focus will be on providing support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing effective counseling services, ideally in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and caseload.
