Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries during interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, address concerns, and plan discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and client files.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and understand their mental health needs.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and peer collaboration to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
\n
• Foster a growth mindset in all professional activities, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Omnicare, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your clients will present a variety of mental health challenges, requiring an adaptive and client-centered approach in therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, unrestricted and independent.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Hands-on experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Advanced understanding of various therapeutic modalities applicable to a broad range of client issues.

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and managing client information electronically.

Compensation and Benefits\n
