Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and evaluate the appropriateness of discharge when applicable.

• Develop tailored, person-centered treatment plans, implementing and monitoring therapeutic strategies to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in accordance with best practices.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information and develop effective treatment trajectories.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on providing therapeutic support to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, demonstrating your ability to practice independently.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, showcasing your familiarity with therapeutic modalities and client care.

• Proficiency in using electronic systems for documentation and communication, including experience with RMS systems, spreadsheet applications, and general office software.
