Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans for clients by conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address emotional and psychological challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards.

• Continually seek professional development opportunities to enhance expertise and stay updated with the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing short-term life challenges—such as work-related stress, relationship issues, grief, and transitions—as well as those navigating persistent mental health conditions. Your skills will be integral in guiding clients toward emotional resilience and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Ability to fulfill credentialing requirements for internal processes within telehealth clinical settings.
\n
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments and utilizing both individual and group therapy methodologies.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in a telehealth environment or having specialized training in EMDR or motivational interviewing techniques would be favorable. Additionally, proficiency in making effective use of digital communication tools and platforms will enhance your ability to deliver client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
