Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will include a variety of clinical and therapeutic responsibilities designed to foster healing and personal growth for clients. Specific duties will involve:

• Administering tailored therapeutic techniques through comprehensive assessments and evaluations to discern client needs accurately.

• Delivering evidence-based treatments to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to construct and implement holistic care plans tailored to individual client requirements.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, thereby ensuring compliance and quality assurance in documentation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population that encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Your expertise will play a critical role in navigating complex issues and delivering effective therapeutic solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling context.

• Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport across a wide client demographic.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and an understanding of digital communication tools.
