This role is primarily remote, allowing you to provide services through telemedicine or in-person at our outpatient office in Hurst, Texas, based on client needs and your schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, and individuals, enhancing their coping skills and promoting mental wellness.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy, to meet clients where they are.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring ethical practice and confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
