Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's unique background, mental health status, and treatment needs.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on client needs.

• Engage clients in therapy sessions, offering support and guidance through challenging emotional and psychological issues.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
