Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify and manage mental health and psychosocial concerns in patients.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes to assess diagnostic and functional needs, subsequently making informed recommendations for treatment plans.

• Deliver brief, focused mental health interventions suited to the specific challenges faced by the patients.
\n
• Assist in determining which patients may benefit from specialty mental health referrals.
\n
• Initiate and conduct follow-up sessions to gauge the progress of patients, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies tailored to individual patient needs, enabling them to maintain stable and effective functioning.

• Monitor and coordinate health services, ensuring effective collaboration with other healthcare providers both within and outside the Clinic.

• Document patient information accurately in treatment records to meet compliance regulations and facilitate communication with the care team.

• Educate patients on self-management skills and strategies to cope with medication side effects initiated by their primary care providers.

• Consult with clinic management and team members regarding behavioral services and facilitate program evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires.
