Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to personalize therapy strategies for clients facing diverse mental health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families from various socio-economic backgrounds, many of whom may encounter barriers to accessing mental health support. You will play a critical role in providing these clients with the resources and care they need to thrive, focusing on their unique experiences with issues such as trauma, substance misuse, family dynamics, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
