Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique challenges faced by clients, tailoring individualized treatment strategies accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, aimed at promoting personal growth and improved mental health.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, integrating insights from various professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance misuse. Your efforts will empower clients to overcome psychological barriers and improve their overall quality of life. Your work will be critical in reducing the stigma associated with seeking mental health support, especially for those previously underserved in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, with a preference for prior clinical settings.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include access to health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and assistance with client referrals. You will also receive support for billing and documentation to streamline your administrative workload, allowing you to focus on client care.
