Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions that are evidence-informed, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of post-graduate counseling experience, particularly in a clinic or similar setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
