Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client, utilizing an individualized approach to address their specific needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups, employing proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while also protecting client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment plans and share insights that contribute to holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines pertinent to the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, determined based on your experience and caseload preference. In addition, our benefits package includes:
