Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client needs, developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to support their journey towards healing.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards in line with our organization's policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic care is provided to every client, tailoring interventions based on a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and staying informed on the latest mental health research and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is essential, ideally within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and caseload.
