Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to create individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality care and professional accountability.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment strategies and outcomes, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, particularly in a therapy setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines in the mental health field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with additional performance-based bonuses. We believe in rewarding our therapists and provide a sign-on bonus as an added incentive.
