Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in conjunction with primary care providers.

• Provide brief, targeted therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing mental health crises, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Monitor patient progress and initiate follow-up procedures to assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies and assist patients in maintaining stable emotional functioning.

• Document patient progress meticulously in clinical records to ensure continuity of care and adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Promote self-management and wellness strategies, equipping patients with tools and resources to actively participate in their recovery journeys.

• Act as a consultant for clinic management, providing insights on behavioral health services and contributing to program evaluations and improvements.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by clinic leadership to support overall clinic functionality and patient care delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
