Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, in both group and individual settings.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in client care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and identify resources that can benefit clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and share best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay well-informed about current trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably in an outpatient or community setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, along with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses.
