Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gauge their mental health status.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the needs of each client.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay current with best practices and advances in mental health care.

• Assist in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate therapeutic support to clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your therapeutic approach will not only address immediate mental health needs but also promote long-term wellness and resilience among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical best practices.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
