Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver counseling services from home or in-person at our outpatient office in Dickson, Tennessee. With a rapidly ramping caseload management system in place, therapists will have the opportunity to serve clients efficiently and maintain their preferred schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Administer a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to clients individually, as well as in group settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments by participating in ongoing professional development workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. The ability to empathize and connect with clients from different backgrounds is crucial in enabling effective treatment and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings, is required.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills to effectively relate to a variety of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus to new hires, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the field.
