Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Work with a diverse caseload of youth clients, building and nurturing strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss their stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, to track each client's journey and treatment effectiveness.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and establish appropriate care plans.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to continue professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment and care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing therapeutic services to youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of three years of experience working with youth in psychiatric or substance abuse settings.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
