Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering a strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics through effective communication.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and to address any emerging issues. Schedule appointments and determine the readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement tailored, person-centered treatment plans that reflect individual client needs, ensuring the highest standards in therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to established compliance and quality standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' histories and develop suitable treatment pathways.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance personal counseling skills and clinical competencies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to offer holistic and comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Washington state.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient counseling setting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with analytical software (e.g., Excel) and outcome management systems like PIMSY for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. As part of our fee-for-service model, counselors are compensated based on patient care provided, with guaranteed rates ensuring prompt payment ahead of collections.
