Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their individual mental health needs.

• Develop and implement customized therapy strategies utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, focusing on fostering coping strategies and personal growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and address complex client cases.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will provide services to clients who may have previously faced barriers to accessing care, addressing issues such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be critical in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages clients to share their experiences and embark on their paths toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
