Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Applicants for the Licensed Professional Counselor position must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Point Wellness & Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
