Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and support staff, to provide holistic care that encompasses both physical and mental health.

• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to stay current on emerging trends and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. The focus will be on treating a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your ability to establish rapport with clients from varying backgrounds will be crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in assessing and treating mental health concerns.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to the counseling profession.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with a variety of clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
