Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Document clinical records meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive treatment plan, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, plus bonuses.
