Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, focusing on their unique circumstances and mental health conditions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to best serve clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case discussions and co-managing complex cases to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the overall efficacy of therapy.

• Participate in ongoing training workshops and seek continued education opportunities to stay informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
