This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. While you will primarily work from home, we also have an outpatient office in Atlanta where team meetings and collaborative sessions may occur. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed.

• Actively communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other key stakeholders regarding each client’s progress, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.

• Provide a tentative schedule for a range of activities including appointments, home visits, and professional observations for seamless tracking of client progress.
\n
• Coordinate and implement home visits to meet the specific needs of clients, which may include conducting observations, chart reviews, and data analysis collaboratively with the care team.
\n
• Ensure that the program plan is executed effectively and meets the evolving needs of clients.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contribute to discussions that enhance client care and operational efficiencies.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly progress notes to facilitate ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Organize training sessions to certify staff proficiency in implementing the treatment program and maintain compliance with documentation requirements.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews, home visits, and continued observations to ensure clients receive the necessary care at all stages of their treatment.

• Serve as a liaison between Crestwood Futures Counseling and the broader mental health community, promoting best practices and facilitating collaborative efforts to improve mental health outcomes.

• Assist in designing procedures and training materials aimed at enhancing programs tailored for client needs.

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations, including adults and youth who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• An active and unrestricted professional counseling license (LPC) in the state of Georgia is a must.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience collaborating effectively within a healthcare team is vital.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
