Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, cohesive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in professional development and continuing education activities to stay up to date with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice is required.
