Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.

• Provide psychotherapeutic interventions throughout multiple formats, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions.

• Engage actively in treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatry and other healthcare professionals to optimize client care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, leveraging your expertise to assess and stabilize clients in acute distress.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in practice, ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele with varying mental health needs, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes eligibility for performance bonuses.
